Statement:

Through the ephemeral language of colors, textures, and words, I articulate emotions and experiences that words alone often fail to capture.
My work explores the intersection of emotion, perception, and lived experience, brought to life through vibrant, mixed-media abstract paintings. Layered with texture and imbued with mystery, these compositions invite a dialogue that transcends the canvas—a conversation about our interconnectedness with nature, each other, and the unseen rhythms of life.
At the heart of my creative process lies the transformation of experiences into visual metaphors. I paint the energy and frequencies of a moment—the intangible vibrations of sound, movement, and feeling. Every emotion felt, every nuance observed, and every moment lived becomes a mental image that I channel onto the canvas, infusing it with hues, marks, and words that reflect the vibrancy of the world I perceive.
As an avid poet, I often weave words into my work—sometimes as subtle symbols, other times as visible poetry, layered into the compositions.
Recently, I’ve been exploring landscapes, immersing myself in their dynamic energies, and bringing this mark-making into the human form. These pieces delve deeper into the essence of connection and presence, using bold lines, expressive marks, and poetic elements to convey the resonance of life’s moments.
In essence, my art is more than an expression of how I see the world—it’s an invitation to journey with me. Together, we can delve beneath the surface to see the world not as it is, but as it could be: vibrant, harmonious, and profoundly interconnected.
